This champagne Clos des Bouveries 2006 offers its silver highlights shading its yellow-green color. Fine smoky notes follow aromas of lemon and pear, embellished with a subtle hint of eucalyptus. It is a reflection of a terroir, a climate and the expertise of the Cellar Master. Mono-plots, single-varietal, the Clos des Bouveries is vinified half in oak barrels for its contribution in finely wooded notes and the other half in vats for mineral purity.
